Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective language instruction to international students during our immersive English camps.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons that cater to the diverse language needs of students.

2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.

3. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

4. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their language development.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to create a well-rounded and integrated curriculum that aligns with the Oxford English Camps' language education philosophy.

6. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that promote language immersion and cultural exchange.
    

Qualifications:
 

1. Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Education, or a related field.

2. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.

3. Proven experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages, preferably in an immersive or camp setting.

4. Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

5. Enthusiasm for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

6. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
