Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all transportation and logistical aspects of our camp operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our programs.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Develop and implement comprehensive transportation plans for the safe and timely movement of participants to and from camp locations.

2. Coordinate logistics for camp sessions, including equipment, supplies, and materials needed for various activities.

3. Manage transportation schedules, routes, and drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and camp policies.

4. Collaborate with external vendors to secure transportation services and negotiate favorable terms.

5. Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies, working closely with camp departments to meet program needs.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges in real-time, providing quick and effective solutions.
    

Qualifications:
 

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in transportation and logistics management, preferably in a camp or educational setting.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

5. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to transportation.

6. Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
